SMS / Text Messaging Terms

These terms describe the Droppin text messaging program. By providing your mobile number to Droppin or an Organizer through the Platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Program description

Droppin sends event-related text messages on behalf of Organizers, including order and ticket confirmations, the gated location reveal for an event you are attending, event reminders and updates, and, for events you opt into, announcements. The exact messages depend on the event you sign up for.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by providing your mobile number when you buy a ticket, request access to an event, or join an event’s list, for example, by entering your number at checkout or by texting an event keyword to our number. You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the number you provide.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on the events you sign up for and their timing.

4. Cost

Droppin does not charge for the messages, but message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier, depending on your plan.

5. Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; you will receive one confirmation and then no further messages from that program. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@getdroppin.com. Opting out of texts does not cancel your ticket or stop essential email about your order.

6. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier and device.

7. Privacy

Your mobile number and your consent are used to send you the messages described above. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
